"We were on vacation traveling from Texas to the Black Hills when our 2026 RAM 3500 decided to give up in the Wall Drug parking lot. Tanner/Olson Towing really helped us out. They were on seen within 30 minutes of our initial call. He loaded up our truck and hooked onto our travel trailer, and we were headed west to Rapid City in no time. He dropped our trailer at the KOA, and then took us and our truck to the RAM dealership in Rapid City—all with no issues. Many thanks to Olson Towing and Tanner!"

"Bless their souls! My keys got locked in my car and they came out to the KOA in Hills City to help me out so I could head back home! I wish I could remember the drivers name but he was so sweet and got me back in quickly! The communication was fantastic letting us know his ETA and keeping us updated as he headed our way!"

"We had CAA as we are from Canada, Lee was our driver and he was exceptional. Towed our motorcycle and trailer from just south of Newell and got us and our trailer to our campgrounds after dropping the motorcycle at the shop for repairs."

"My truck broke down and I reached out to Olson to get a tow to the dealership. Brandon called when he was in route and he was very nice and he took a lot of caution when loading my Chevy 3500 long bed. I rode with him to the dealership and again took very good care unloading it. The cost was fair for a Saturday.
