"Olson towing and specifically Dillon made a problematic situation smooth. Had a bike breakdown 80 miles outside of Rapid City during Sturgis Bike Week. My Roadside Assistance service was struggling for a couple of hours to find someone. Olson towing quickly answered their phone and had someone set up to get me. Dillon called when he was on his way and when he was close. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and did everything he could to protect my bike during transport. Load and Unload was a smooth process. I highly recommend Olson Towing - especially Dillon."
